Join Elevate Health and our partners from across Pierce County for a late afternoon mixer in our brand-new office and convening space in Central Tacoma. We’ll enjoy locally sourced snacks and refreshments as we discuss how we cancollaborate in innovative ways to improve health equity and well-being in our community.

This gathering will also celebrate the impact and growth of the Community Care Hub. Elevate Health has been working with a cohort of Pierce County partners to establish the Community Care Hub for the past two years. Come learn how this expanding initiative is seamlessly connecting a diverse local care network and how it is helping Pierce County residents better access the health and wellness services they need to thrive. At this event, we’ll briefly share what we’velearned, how the Hub is already making an impact in Pierce County and how we’ll be inviting new partners to join this initiative.
