Tell Us a Little About Yourself
Although I’m a proud native of Virginia, I have spent much of the past three decades living and working in Washington state, with Pierce County as my home base. Prior to joining Elevate Health in June 2021, I worked as a university professor, a journalist, and a businessperson. My aim is to use the experiences and skills I’ve acquired over the years to help advance the cause of health equity and improve health outcomes for all residents of Pierce County.

Listening to all kinds of music and reading, especially biographies.
