One Pierce, Elevate Health's social impact loan fund, offers low-barrier, low-interest financing to mission-driven organizations working to improve health and wellness in Pierce County.
The depth of our relationships across the county, combined with our innovative partnership model, enables us to successfully lend to organizations who might not otherwise receive funding. Our goal is to make our local health and wellness ecosystem stronger, and to help ensure that more organizations have what they need to grow and sustain their work, so that more people in Pierce County can thrive.

Our team is ready to help you navigate the loan process and achieve your goals. Applicants must complete an Expression of Interest form to begin a conversation with One Pierce regarding potential funding.
Is your organization a good fit?
Eligible borrowers must meet all of the following requirements:
- A mission-driven organization focused on health and/or wellbeing.
- A minimum of three years of operation (except for bridge loans).
- Located or operating in Pierce County.
- Able to produce financial statements.
PARTNER SPOTLIGHT: Key Peninsula Preschool
Key Peninsula Preschool's "Forest Friends" program is a one-of-a-kind outdoor child care center where children learn, grow, and play in the forest—helping kids build social and cognitive skills through hands-on experiences in the woods. Financial support and guidance from One Pierce helped launch and sustain this vital community resource.
