Supporting Community-Based Workers
At Elevate Health we believe that community-based workers have the potential to transform health and wellness in Pierce County. Yet studies have found that community-based care organizations are often under-resourced and under-utilized. That’s why Elevate Health supports local community-based care organizations – and their workers – in a variety of ways, including training and skill-building, grant writing, administrative capacity building, networking, accessing capital, and more.
