Gabe Moaalii is an accomplished leader dedicated to advancing health equity in Pierce County. As Elevate Health’s senior director of community resilience, Gabe leads strategic partnerships, directs community engagement and capacity-building efforts, and develops strategies for equity, impact evaluation, learning community, and community investment.

Prior to joining Elevate Health in 2024, Gabe worked in the city managers office at the City of Tacoma where she led the development and community engagement for multiple strategic intiatives. She also previously served as community engagement program manager and chief equity officer at the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department.

Gabe is a proud graduate of University of Minnesota and also holds Master of Public Administration from University of Colorado Denver. She enjoys finding ways to build community resilience through play, joy and connection and lives in Tacoma’s Hilltop neighborhood with her husband, three children and extended family.
