When AHAT Homecare was financing the development of their new housing facility for clients living with HIV and experiencing homelessness, they turned to One Pierce, Elevate Health’s social impact fund, for help. One Pierce worked with AHAT Executive Director Chace Hunter and was able to extend a low-interest bridge loan to help the project move forward.

As part of AHAT’s “Project Open Door” program, this new facility will soon open and begin housing community members while equipping them with valuable life skills.
