Access Resources for Social Needs

The COVID-19 Social Needs Resource Tracker is here to support you in your work with the community. We know that time and access to up-to-date information is critical when human and financial resources are stretched thin.

We created these trackers to provide an easy and effective way to access, coordinate, and share the great resources available in Pierce County as we work together to support client and patient needs. The tracker toolset includes a Community Resources Tracker and a Food Access Tracker.
