Kimberly brings nearly 20 years of experience and diverse capabilities to her role of Program Manager, HR, and Special Projects at Elevate Health. In her role, Kimberly has extensive experience in overseeing a range of critical projects from conception to delivery, involving every operational area of an organization.
She actively uses her strengths to actively engage in problem solving and process re-engineering to make operations more efficient and effective. Her experience allows her to see the “big picture”, identify potential refinements, adjustments or corrections to a process or system, and help teams walk through a process of implementation. Her exemplary skill set is critical for managing the Elevate Health team across its various efforts, including serving as a lead for the DASH Mentorship in 2020.
Kimberly also brings a great deal of experience working with multi-cultural, multi-generational and multi-ethnic groups of people in areas of coaching, mentoring and problem solving. Collaboration, organization and communicator are woven into Kimberly’s work ethic and engagement with others.
