Elevate Health is proud to announce it will host the Institute for Health Care Improvement’s first West Coast Improvement Advisor Professional Development Program. The course is aimed at equipping professionals who will lead change in their organization with improvement science skills, tools and expert coaching in how to apply the model for improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity for local staff to dive in deep to the science of improvement and move their organizations forward in large scale change.

Elevate Health and the IHI are offering complimentary registration to two community organizations, valued at $16,400.00 each. To apply for this opportunity, first submit an Improvement Advisor application directly to the IHI. Please use the link below which will direct you to the IHI’s website.  After the application is submitted, notify Marilena@elevatehealth of your application and your intended project. The IHI will determine, based upon the pool of registrants, who fits the application requirements to receive complimentary registration after receiving all potential and completed application.

Each in-person meeting of the course will be hosted at the Hotel Murano. The course runs for 10 months with a monthly virtual coaching call, homework and project development, and quarterly in-person meetings. Due to the intensity of this program and the work on real improvement projects for the client organizations, the class size is limited. Registration and pre-program assessments are currently being accepted on a rolling admission and are due by February 7, 2020.
